Poor description of tour. Boat tour was 38 minutes from Heineken factory. The factory told us boat was across the street which was incorrect. It was pouring rain and we could not get to the boat tour. We did not do the boat tour and I applied for a refund and it was denied. Do NOT use this company. You can get tickets directly at factory.

The actual Heineken Experience was good, very friendly staff and informative. The canal cruise wasn't running as they stop it in the winter months.

It was terrible. We would like our money back. I never received tickets for the Heineken experience and the canal tours are not running. It was a complete waste of money. And I never found anyone from Viator. Again, I would like to request a refund for something I paid for and got nothing in return.

Heineken Experience itself was very good but the cruise part of the activity is in a totally different part of Amsterdam and can only be booked by physically attending the cruise office in the centre of Amsterdam and can't be done via phone or online. This was very inconvenient logistically as this was our 1st visit to Amsterdam and we were only there for 2 days. As a result we did not actually have time take the canal cruise, which was very disappointing.

The tour itself was too long - better to go through self guided - a lot of interactive activities were just not necessary! Best part was the beer! That was worth the time spent trying to find the bar!

The instructions weren’t all that clear. I thought we had a canal cruise at 11:00. Thankfully we checked in very early and found out that we really needed to do the Heineken Experience first and could schedule the cruise later. Just happy we made it to both with time to spare. Both were great and highly recommended.

The Heineken tour was fun, but they new nothing about the canal ride. Viator neglects to explain how to redeem the canal ride. Kind of a rip off. Could have just booked the tour directly with Heineken and taken the Heineken canal ride.

Enjoyed the tour. Enjoyed walking on our own throughout the tour. Would have been nice to go to rooftop but that was extra. Hard figuring out where to go for canal cruise. Enjoyed the cruise once we got in. Easier to pick up at central station than elsewhere.

We booked the tour and assumed the canal cruise would follow straight after. We didn’t realise once you have booked this trip with Viator, you have to book a time for the canal trip separately and it couldn’t be done over the phone. We had to take a train ride to the ticket office to book our slot by which time it was too late for that day. What is the point of selling both together? We should have just booked both trips ourselves directly with Heineken and Lovers.
