Overview

Follow the locals’ lead, and take to a bike to explore Amsterdam. In a group capped at seven people, you’ll ride atop a distinctive yellow bike to discover the places that vehicles can’t reach and cover more ground than sightseers on foot. A great way to learn about Amsterdam! Very interesting and engaging, stopping at multiple sites to explain different parts of history - physically seeing it really brought it to life. Also a great way to get introduced to biking is following a local guide!

Fun way to explore Amsterdam Central!

Great way to see the historic part of Amsterdam! Enjoyed the easy ride even though it was quite busy. Seeing the canals, museums, and beautiful park on a perfect weather day was enjoyable. Our guide provided lots of great information about the history of the town as well as other interesting facts. The only down side was a bit of distraction from a family who brought along three young children who couldn't ride. One rode behind her father, another behind our superb tour guide, and the baby ended up with a generous non-related guest as the mother couldn't handle the bike with the baby--who as you can imagine wasn't super happy about riding with a stranger. It turned out OK, but I'd suggest perhaps adding some sort of restriction/rule so this is avoided in the future.

Unfortunately we took a 2 hour tour on Monday 28th. My son's chain came off which he was left for 5 minutes to fix until the guide eventually returned to help. The temporary left the bike noisy and making a loud noise, but the second half of the tour for him was really very hard as the break appeared to be stuck on??? When we returned to the shop this was mentioned but no offer to refund just him or even give a partial refund, just took the bike of him and that was it! Quite disappointing really he could have been given some refund as my daughter and I still paid full price. other than that the tour was quite informative and a nice easy ride

Excellent little bike tour

Great opportunity to see a lot of Amsterdam in just a couple of hours. Helpful and lovely tour guide. Suggested change would be to have one less stop for first half of tour and add on for last 30 mins. It felt like a sprint back and sometimes difficult to keep together as a group.

Dodging other bikes, cars, and pedestrians. The bike through Vondelpark was very nice and peaceful, especially after the near fatal accident crossing the street to get there. The bikes are crap. They're wobbly and have no handle brakes.

Fun informational bike tour for adults!

Fun way to see the city and very interesting historical information!! I would recommend to for avid bike riders that are adults but not for young children... there was some riding in traffic.
