New management has taken over and this has been the worst experience ever

This has been the worst experience that we’ve ever had with this company and we book with them over six times in the past the captain was rude. This crew was unattended. The toilet was not even bolted down to the ground for it to be because they were late picking us up, they attempted to cut our trip short due to their miss handling their schedule, please think before booking the university dropout with them . When asked for a partial refund, they pretended as though they didn’t speak English, and didn’t know what I was talking about

This was the excursion of a lifetime for our family of 10 on vacation here in MX, from the transportation from the hotel to the marina to the crew on the boat it was definitely the highlight of our trip! I can’t say enough about Reyli and the crew who went above and beyond to make sure all of us had everything we needed from drinks to food. I would book this excursion every time I visit Cancun. The process onboarding and offboarding was an ease. The crew and staff made us feel comfortable the entire trip. The service while onboard was top tier. I wish I brought more cash to tip the crew!

Had the best experience for my bachelorette party! 10/10 recommend! The booking process is very easy and they scheduled transportation to and from our hotel (additional charge). We ordered alcohol and food through them and you are allowed to bring your own. We have a vegan in our group and they were able to get us hummus and pita bread which was not on the menu which I thought was so nice and considerate. We went through our tequila bottle pretty fast in the first hour and wanted more and the crew docked at a nearby city and bought us another at 7-Eleven! Be sure to bring extra cash with you in case you want more as well LOL. It was super windy the day we went so we were unable to snorkel :( but we still had so much fun with the crew and hung out on the boat. They have a giant Bluetooth Party Box speaker to connect your phone and play your music. We booked for 4 hours, 3pm to 7pm and it was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the sun and then got to catch the beautiful sunset. Shoutout to the crew for making this such a fun and unforgettable experience! They are so nice and funny, help you around the boat to make sure you're safe, and even take photos/videos for you! This experience was truly so wonderful because of them. Want to go back already!

Absolutely amazing! Never have I ever experienced something so cool. We did a 4 hour ride. We visited isle mujeres and it was absolutely beautiful. We docked near the island and was able to jump off the boat and hang out in the water. The service was exceptional and they took great care of my party of 10. I’d definitely go back. The ride was smooth it was a great experience. I’d do it again with no hesitation.

The company made me pay cash for everything at the dock, including the food. Once we got on the boat and pulled away from the dock, the captain came and told me that they forgot all the food. They then took us to a dock area to go explore downtown and get lunch, but we were not allowed to pass through the dock without eating there or paying. $12 pp fee. It was a major inconvenience and wr felt ripped off.

We had a wonderful time on our chartered yacht. It was a very fun and enjoyable experience. The transportation to and from the marina from our resort was on time and our driver, Jacob, was great. The van was clean, well-airconditioned and he was friendly and accommodating. The check-in process at the marina was very smooth and easy. There were no surprises, and everything was in order. The yacht was big, clean, and had many amenities. Our captain, Chabelo, was very competent and even though he spoke limited English, we were able to communicate just fine. The deck hands, Henry and Reyli, were fun, made great cocktails, and helped us explore making the trip a huge success. Everyone from start to finish was extremely courteous! We cruised out into the ocean, snorkeled (with their lead and guidance), then anchored off Isla Mujeres (and enjoyed the calm waters and beach). We connected our phone to their giant speaker for our personal music while cruising and floating. The Mexican platter we ordered was delicious. To top it all off, we had a spectacular sunset on our return trip to port. It was the perfect ending to our 6-hour adventure! We highly recommend this excursion to others traveling to Cancun! We made memories that will last a lifetime, and we hope to return soon to do this trip again!

Very bad experience worse experience ever for me on a yacht. Bluetooth didn’t work we kept trying and trying to connect so a lot of time with no music the speaker cord had a shortage in it no wifi on boat and on top of that I fell down and got injury very badly

I rented two yachts for our group of 21 people. Celebrating graduations. The check-in process was long and chaotic. All of the waiver forms, fees could be done beforehand online but they want to do everything there on site. It’s hot, we are carrying supplies so we just wanted to board. Read the fine print as you have to pay $14 per person in cash on top of the rate for the yacht. The check-in was taking so long they said our time started from my start time not when we sailed. The check-in took 45 minutes! I told them absolutely not. My time start when we push off the dock. It wasn’t my fault that their checking in process was not efficient. I asked before hand to make sure each vessel has 15 snorkel gear so everyone would have one. I asked for both yachts to stay together. One captain just marched to his own beat. Didn’t want to follow us. We separated for a while once we found them we asked him to follow us do we can all snorkel together and he refused. There wasn’t enough snorkel gear. They had to share. There want a place to snorkel! It was just a beach with no fish/reef. Then the captain that refused to follow us took his boat in early and asked the kids to give him $200 in tip!!!! We couldn’t find my son’s sunglasses! They were missing! I would not recommend this company.
