Airport pick up was good; helpful airport staff to guide us to shuttle. Pickup from hotel was late by 30min. Mexico Transportation Services (MTS) made it a point that I needed to be in the hotel lobby by 12N pickup time on departure date. I rushed to check out then waited for 30min. and had to ask the hotel staff to call MTS. MTS should've sent me a text stating that they were on the way and late, so that I do not need to be concerned about possibly missing my international flight. This caused unnecessary stress at the end of a vacation.

All good, I guess. Only thing I dislike is all 3 bookings for hotel to airport transit let you had you sitting in airport 3 hours longer than needed. otherwise, pleasant driver, pick up as scheduled with safe travel & a tip request.

I had such great anxiety about being on time for my pick up because of the clause stating that they would only wait 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up time.. but the ride was delayed by 20 minutes and I was so worried that I was going to miss my flight.

We had to had to get our own taxi and paid 125 American dollars to take us to airport. Travel Mexico never answered phone calls during the week to confirm time of pick up therefore we never knew what time to be ready. We almost missed our flight and didn’t get to eat. Kinda we’re frustrated and so was I !!!!!!! Si we paid double fir this ride to airport!!!!!!!

Good communication and very prompt. Barely functioning air conditioning made for a HOT ride in the back row. We asked the driver and he said what we felt (nothing) was all there was: that the van needed coolant. I am not a person who needs to be in freezing cold A/C but exiting the shuttle covered in sweat is sub-optimal when headed onto a plane.

Driver was punctual, friendly and the ride was good. 👍 The company advised according to my flight time a pick up at 3.20am. In the end I was the only guest, arrived nearly 4 hours before my flight and had to wait two hours in an airport building without any opened restaurants before check in. If you are more people a taxi would be 200% more comfortable.
