All good, very organized....
Prasanth_J, Jan 2024
All good, very organized. But water should be provided for all passengers not only for those who booked along with liquor.

Not what I wanted
Angela_L, Oct 2023
I was not prepared. In my mind when u book a excursion everything is included. I did not have cash for ALL the extras... they don't even include water in the free lunch... then there were the tickets for chechen itza 35$ the mandatory life jackets for 4$ to swim in the cenote. Tips for the driver, the tour guides, the servers, the dancers, the photos even the bathroom... I wouldn't have minded had I been prepared and advised. The bus was totally full and the a/c was bearly there. You still sweat and are uncomfortable just a little less. It was very rushed and did not have time to really enjoy the ruins :/

Brilliant!!!
Natasha_K, Jul 2023
Brilliant tour, Hector had an amazing knowledge of the Mayan communities. We had enough time in each part of the tour to explore and the tour guides recommend photo opportunities and asked if we wanted any pictures. The cenote was also amazing.

Chichén Itzá tour
Asif_K, Mar 2022
Sylvia Maya tour was waste to time. Very expensive gift shop and drinks and average food. There was very little personal time to go around during this tour and it should be only 3 destination what i booked instead of 4. I booked this tour for 10 people's and we were the only one not been picked up and dropped off inside the resoort and have a long walk inside princess Riviera resort while everyone else was dropped at reception.

Awesome places, tarnished by misinformation
Magda_T, Oct 2021
The places Chichen Itza and the Cenote have 100, and the tour guide at Chichen Itza also. The not so disguised sale pitch all throughout the bus ride was based on opinions and not so much on facts, beyond annoying, it was deceptive, disturbing, and tormenting. They could have earned more tips and sell more if they focused on actually sharing history and knowledge and not on sales.

Great tour. Was able to communicate with tour guides by WhatsApp & fast. 5 star . Was chosen by the chaman.

Long Tour
Marc_B, Mar 2021
Left the hotel at 7:15 am and returned to the hotel at 10 pm. Plan accordingly. Tour guides were friendly. Johnathan at Chichén Itzá was so engaging and warm! Cenote is not like the picture and we only had an hour to explore...including all the time it takes to change, swim for 10-15 mins, and change again to get on the bus. Little to no time to get snacks for long rides in the bus. The bus restroom was a little rank at the end of the day.

Disappointed!
Joel_A, Jan 2021
First of all...I missed the tour on the day it was scheduled because the tour operator did not inform me that they were going to pick me up at 7:00 a.m....all my tour info said 8:00 a.m. so we had to reschedule for the next day...which threw a kink in my vacation plans. I didn't know we were going to be packed into an uncomfortable bus for the 12 hour tour. The guide at Chichen Itza did not fully cover everything...he abruptly ended the tour and said we had 20 minutes to wander around on our own...I looked up and there was structures he had now shown us...not to mention the rain...then at Valladolid they said we were going to make a 20 minute stop...some of the people didn't listen and it turned out to be a 50 minute stop because we had to wait on them to return to the bus...turned out to be a long tiring day....hope it wasn't a virus spreader event!
Response from Host, Mar 2021
Saludos !!

My husband and I missed our shuttle to the bus, after talking to the operator, they were able to send someone else for us. We made it in time! That’s was a great start to the day! It’s a 3.5 hour drive to Chichen Itzá. So long! I thought it was going to take forever to get there but to my surprise it went by quickly! The narrator on the bus was so knowledgeable about Mayan history, math, and medicine. He taught us how to divide the Mayan way which was super cool! We made a pit stop in a little Mayan town where we had tortillas with salt made from scratch scratch. We didn’t get off the bus here since they were just being the tortillas for us to have. (If you are Covid conscious, you might want to skip this since everyone was taking a pinch of salt from same salt bag.) Mayan buffet: We then headed off to the Mayan town we’re going to be eating from the buffet. Once we got there we were told we had to do a “cleansing ritual” to rid us of any bad vibes before entering into Chichen Itza. (I didn’t know about this part and was pretty uncomfortable with it. You don’t have the option to not do it... I don’t know what would happen if you refused to participate). After the ritual, we were lead into a shop and told that if we wanted to support the Mayans we could shop here and buy the things Mayan made. (My husband and I bought hats here and these really cute drawings with our names on it). We then enjoyed a big buffet, delicious drinks, and amazing dance performance. Chichén Itza: It was finally time for Chichén Itza! The tour guides were organized and did an amazing job letting us know the time to be back and what to expect. Because of Covid, our group of 60 was split up into groups of 9. They hired extra guides so help por with this. Our guide Mayan, he was passionate and knowledgeable about Chichen Itza. It was more than just standing in front of a pyramid it was viewing this through a different lenses. We spent two hours in Chichen Itza and learned so much about it! Cenote: The cenote was beautiful! I will say that if you are going to swim it’s a $2 or 40 pesos life jacket fee. You are required to wear a life jacket if you are going to swim there. We got 50 minutes here, I didn’t think it was long enough since we took forever to change! Spanish city: We were taking to a plaza in a Spanish city. They have the absolute best churros and delicious corn!! Tip: make sure you save some money for this, you will be hungry after a long day! We headed home after that. We loved it and had a blast! Would definitely recommend!

Great Excursion!
Kemuel_R, Nov 2020
Swimming in Cenote was amazing but wish we had more time in ChiChin Itza. The Mayan village was a great experience but I would have preferred more time at Chichin Itza or Cenote. All in all a great day!

Mucho ojo compatriotas mexicanos !!!
Response from Host, Apr 2024

Response from Host, Dec 2022
Response from Host, Oct 2020
