**Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. Arrivals: If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to any of the following meeting points: - Terminal 2 (Domestic arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (International arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 at Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 at Welcome Bar **Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your flight departure, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Please be ready and waiting a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.

  • Arrivals: Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time.
  • Departures: Please be ready and waiting at the lobby of your hotel, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.
  • Please note pickups to/from multiple airport terminals/hotels are not allowed, pickup times are based on traffic/road limitations, any requests for changes will be reviewed and accepetd or rejected on supplier´s sole discretion.
  • Transfer services are not exchangable for any other services/routes.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This was the best private service for pickup and drop off at airport. I’m a solo traveler and glad I booked with this company. Abbe was a great driver and so friendly. Nobody picked us up

Nobody ever showed up to pick us up. We sent messages through the app that were never responded to and called multiple times and got no answer. We had to pay to take a cab…then about 2 hours later the driver called and said he was looking for us.

The operator should call or text me when my flight landed. It’s pretty hard to find the person when going outside. To many people who are also doing transportation. It took me about 20 min to find the guy who has my name on it. The operator should give me a phone number when my flight arrived, so I know who to contact.

We were supposed to have private transportation. The driver showed up in a large van and we were the first name on the list of 4 stops and we complained to no avail. We ended up taking every bumpy back road to pick up other passengers and it took an hour and 10 minutes where it should have been only 40 minutes. We tried to get a refund and the carrier refused to take responsibility and tried to blame us saying that we got on the wrong van even though the driver asked for us at the hotel and we had a screen shot of his phone with our names at the top

Our driver was very easy to find on the outside. He had my name in big letters on a board. He was very professional and understanding because we kept him waiting for almost 45 mins after our flight because our bags took very long to come out and then we were search by customs "randomly". Will recommend

Miguel not only called me but he also texted me in What's App. The cell service was spotty but he was persistent and very easy to find once we got out luggage. Immigration line was very long but he waited and was very patient with us. I give Miguel 7 stars if I could and I highly recommend this service. Muchas Gracias Miguel !

There isn't really much to write about a service like this normally: People: Polite and helpful Equipment: (Van) clean and comfortable Travel: Safe and unsurprising Communication: Excellent (see below) Really, that's what you're paying for folks, a safe trip to your hotel and back. As a commendation note: We had some air travel issues that made us miss our original transport time. I was proactive, and used the Viator app to try and keep the operator up to date as soon as things looked like they were going awry. The company was very responsive and understanding of the flight issues. Truly excellent customer service.

When we arrived in the airport, they weren't there and asked me where we are. We just replied we are waiting at the meeting point. After the meeting time passed and asked if they are coming, they said they will be late because of the traffic. Finallly, they came more than 30min. late. They explained that we should change a car because the car was broken. We arrived so late in the hotel due to the problems.

The instructions on where to meet the driver were cryptic and not helpful. We were at the meeting point and for 15 minutes walked around looking for the "orange shirt" people with the right company name. We talked to everyone in an orange shirt and the people that said they were from the same vendor company - they did not have us on the list. We ended up paying more from a cab from the airport to our hotel. We complained to Viator right away; still have not received a refund.

Regarding our uniform, our team does not wear orange, this is not mentioned in our product. They hold an orange sign with your name on it! We were not satisfied due to the fact out rransfer did not show up at all. We waited over 2-1/2 hours at airport. I have already put in a complaint and asked for refund with your customer help. We were advised we would get a response in 48 hours and still have not had one. We also had to pay a taxi to our destination and that was another $218 US. We are not happy and would like a response.

Service was great! When we arrived the driver was already waiting for us, holding a sign with our name, and was extremely friendly. We had no issues. A day before our return, I got a call and an email to confirm pick up time and location and they always arrived before the agreed time. That gave us peace of mind

The driver was not there at the arrival time to pick me up from the airport, I tried calling but no answer. I ended up taking a taxi. The driver called me 2 hours later saying he was at the airport.
