For terminal 4, exit on the left at the end of the arrivals hall (Travel Agencies / Ground Transportation) where the driver / representative will be waiting for you with a sign with your name and / or EndlessTours. Return point: Your driver will be waiting in the lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 10/15 minutes in advance.

Pickup details

Departure Point: Please follow the instructions according to your arrival terminal: Terminal 1 (Domestic Flights) Unique Exit. Terminal 2 (Domestic Flights) Once you are in the departure hall, take the first exit on the right (transfers to hotels). Head to the front of the Welcome Bar which is located in the taxi and private cars area. Terminal 2 (International Flights), head to the front of the Grap and Go in the taxi and private cars area. Terminal 3 (International Flights), go to platform 26, located in front of MagaritaVille. Terminal 4 (Domestic and International Flights) Head to the exit, making sure to take the exit on the left (the one that says Hotel Shuttle). Then locate the "Anden C" in front of the Welcome Bar. The driver/representative will be waiting for you at the exit of the airport, outside the building with a sign with your name. Return Point: Your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick-up point at least 15 minutes in advance.

If passenger does not have one, the driver will provide one immediately.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Your driver never showed up after waiting over an hour. We Had to take a taxi to hotel and I’m not paying for this lack of service. I’ve already called didscover and they are investigating. You guys suck.

Nice driver only had to wait a few minutes at the airport. Only problem, cannot contact company regarding the return trip. I need someone to contact me to confirm pick up time, PLEASE!!!!

The booking was done 3 months prior to the trip. And then reconfirmed via Viator messages 2 weeks prior to arrival. I was told everything was good until I arrived, we were told we were not on the list and would not be give a ride to our destination. I tried reaching out to the company multiple times and so did the operator in-charge of the scheduling. As you can see I have evidence of my attempts at calling the company along with the operators phone log's of trying to reach the company multiple times. No response was given and we checked the schedule and indeed our names were not on the list for pickup. We were stranded at the airport and ended up getting a taxi which cost us more then the roundtrip charge were initially payed to this company. Were want to get a refund for our taxi expenses as well which is $125 which we were forced to pay after we were stranded at the airport every after multiply confirmation attempts to make sure we would be given service. They only reached out to us AFTER we were compelled to get a taxi as we did not want to be stuck at the airport. This was the worst experience you can have for someone newly arriving to a new country for the first time. I would not recommend this company to my enemy let alone my friends.

First, both drivers were really nice, so hopefully you get one of them. But, if you think a nice sedan like the picture is coming to pick you up, that was not my experience. Although it was private, both were older vans that had broken seats and one did not have working seatbelts. In my opinion, the ad is misleading.

We were met and picked up promptly. Our return trip went smoothly and our pick up was on time for our return to the airport. Very professional drivers. The only thing I would have liked is a local contact number since this company is based in Columbia and not Mexico and our transportation was in Cancun.

It was confusing considering it was my first time in Mexico. But I couldn’t find the people so I had to ask another person to take me to them. I requested a private car that was supposed to come with food and drinks but I got a private van with nothing. The driver was fine and the ride was very scenic and great.

The driver was very good when we finally met with him. The experience of getting to him at Cancun Airport was terrible. We were accosted by three people who claimed to be part of Viator but in reality they were all employed to sell you some crap you didn’t want or need- mainly tours and trips and alternative taxi options. Everyone we met at the airport was basically a con artist. Nobody had any identification as a member of Viator staff. Although we booked and pre-paid for a private taxi we were constantly told that we would have to share a van with other groups of people. I will cancel the return half of my trip and never use you again

Our round-trip with this company was fantastic. I received/sent communication with them about our pick up at the end of the trip and was able to change our pick up time well before we had to leave. My only recommendation would be to ignore all the sales reps in the Airport and go straight outside to pick up area and all the sales reps try to get you while your exiting the airport. The only Cons: They need to tell you to go outside, that your driver is not going to meet you inside at all and you have to look real close at the boards the host is holding to find your name. The Pros: The Host and Both drivers for the pick up and drop off where great!

The service was available at the airport on arrival. On day back to the airport driver shows up at 4:05 AM and was supposed to be there at 7:45 AM. He refused to come back so we had to pay an additional $30 to another company to get us to the airport. When you try to call Viator, they refer you to the Taxi driver. I believe this was intentional bc they wanted us to do a survey immediately after we were picked up at the airport and taken to the resort. Who would schedule a 4:05 AM pick up? Only gave 2 stars bc person who picked us up was so friendly and informative.

Dear Michael, according the information of your booking, your flight departure was at 07:30 so we scheduled your pick up at 04:05, and we informed it to you 8 days ago. We didn´t receive any comment from you until some hours ago when there was no chance to find another driver to pick you up at 7:45. We are sorry we couldn´t do it, and for next time we suggest to be alert about information provided on the booking and by supplier, we don´t get anything from sending a driver if the passenger doesn´t use it, it is a lost for us as well. No one was there to pick us up. We had to ride on a van to a separate location. We waited in total over 1 hour for a car that was tiny with type of luxury. The picture shows a Mercedes and they gave us a Ford. I highly recommend to use another company

Dear, we are sorry for delay, at the time you arrived the airport was pretty crowded and we had to move you to a different location but pretty close, and according to our gps you moved from Airport 25 minutes after you got contact for the first time. The service was provided in a 2021 Ford and it is according the picture we present, you probably saw a different product or supplier, and you selected a regular sedan for your booking with a price according to it, not a luxury.
