Our driver will pick you up in the arrivals hall of Cancun Airport. He will be waiting with a sign with the lead passenger name. If the pickup is at your Hotel he will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby.

It was unorganized. It took us 20 min to find a person to help. No sign was to be seen. So 40 min after landing we finally got our driver.

Long wait to get to car. Thought we were booking private pickup. No One there with sign with our name. Had to find the company they had a sign with a bunch of names stuck down in a plant that we would have never seen. Driver finally got selected then he stopped us off at the wrong place.

Fantastic service, highly recommend! Our flight was seriously delayed after a medical emergency had our plane turn back but our transfer driver was waiting for us with a smile! They sprayed down our bags and had hand sanitiser. The car was clean, we had the music playing and were sooo happy with everything! A wonderful welcome to Cancun and Puerto Morelos!

Our driver was on time and very professional. Once we exited the airport it was hard to find our representative. We were told they would be holding a sign with our name. That was not the case we had to ask several representative if we were on their list. We encountered many other companies that were holding up signs with passenger's names.

We arrived for a private transfer. Waited almost an hour when we were told our driver would be waiting when we arrived. Missed a meeting for a very important contract. Had to stay extra days to secure a new meeting which cost $$. The hosts were very rude. I would NEVER use this agency again.

There was a board with my name on just outside airport building. We had to wait 10 minutes for driver. Driver needed full address and phone number of our apartments so he could check destination. Arrived safely.
