Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Wyndham Garden Cancun The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

  • Infants and kids are required to show ID
  • If the customer is traveling with infants of 4 or less, they need to notify us about it, otherwise the infant won't have access to the transportation

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The experience of Xenses was great. Our family had a lot fun. But there was some stress in the beginning around getting our boarding pass. We didn't get them until 5pm the night before, and because we are in an Air BnB we had no way to print it that late. Luckily, our guide let us board with an ID

We are glad to know that you had a great time at the Xenses Park with your family. All the boarding passes are sent a couple of days prior the tour date, since your tour was on Tuesday the boarding pass was delivered the day before
