Wonderful

Amazing tour (especially the staff). They made it worth every penny. From live music to food and unlimited drinks, it was perfect. We arrived at Isla Mujeres a bit late when the daylight was almost gone but the overall experience was fabulous. Special shoutout to the saxophone player. This should be a must-do item for everyone coming to Cancun.

The staff were amazing & fun! The island we stopped in was beautiful & full of culture. The absolute highlight of our trip, we didn’t want it to end! The open bar is also a plus!

Fabulous catamaran cruise

This was a fabulous cruise on a large catamaran. The staff were wonderful, bringing us drinks and looking after us. We had a swim, a sandwich was served and then we had 1 1/2 hours to roam Isla Mujeres. There was a really fun saxaphone player and great music playing all evening. I highly recommend this tour. You will not regret it!!

This tour was amazing! The boat was not crowded. We saw similar boat tours on the water that were jam packed with people. I was glad we weren’t on those boats. The staff was friendly and helpful. Music was plentiful. We even had a saxophone player. The photographer on board took some of our favorite photos of our trip.

Scary Island and False Transportation Promises

We were picked up 42 minutes late from the time that we were told we would be picked up from our hotel. The first three hours on the cruise were great, staff is excellent including the live musical instrument player. The last hour was horrendous after sun down we were dropped off on an island where we were felt completely, unsafe told that we were staying there for an hour, and most of the shops were even closed. There was absolutely no purpose to be dropped off on an island other than a deal made between the tour operator and a jewelry store where we had to go upon arrival before leaving before leaving try to make high pressure sales. Also, the tour length was more than 4 hours I returned transportation to our hotel was proceeded by dropping off three other groups at their hotel.

I can't say enough good things about this experience! We absolutely didn't want it to end. Crew was so much fun and accommodating. Highly recommend We did have one issue with our return transport. As a group of 17 ppl that traveled to the boat together. We were forced to separate into different vans to return. This forced us to all have to stop at different hotels to drop off.

Fun Catamaran Trip

Such a fun experience! Pick up went fine, I will say if you get any form of car sick do NOT sit in the back of the van. You'll get so nauseous. But it was much better in the front/middle. It's $20 dock fee per person not per party. Someone ahead of us almost didn't get to go bc they didn't know it was per person. No shoes are allowed on the catamaran so bring easy to slip on and off shoes. No complicated ones with buckles. You'll thank me later. You stop at one spot off the coast of the island to swim which is lovelyyyy. They provide life jackets if you want them. Bring a towel, they don't provide those. You may even want a couple layers or different clothes bc after the ocean swim and exploring the island it can get a bit chilly. At least in February. They have bathrooms on the catamaran. They give you a light meal after your swim like a croissant sandwich thing which was very good. You dock at isla mujeres and they show you where the meeting point is. You're free to explore for about an hour and a half. There are a bunch of shops and beach side restaurants. So bring money for that if you want to eat, drink, or shop. The restaurant we went to took usd but not sure about the shops or other restaurants. The saxophone on the boat is loud, this is more of a party cruise than like smooth jazz romantic cruise. Top hits but with a saxophone. They had free drinks but we didn't have any bc we were alcohol-ed out from our all inclusive. There was a photographer on board who put people in all the poses and I think his pictures turned out well! Im not sure I didn't get any taken. Maybe bring a sweater to sit on as the seats are rather hard. I really enjoyed it! I would recommend if youd like to get out on the water and see Isla mujeres for a tiny bit and avoid the very long ferry lines. The catamaran trip was also very smooth. We didn't have very choppy waters but it was still really smooth. The crew was amazing and helpful! Always asked if you needed anything to drink. Helped you get out of the water. On and off the boat. Kept the party going the whole time!

This is a fabulous excursion. We had the best time! The transportation to the port was simple we were picked up right at our resort. Once we boarded the catamaran the crew provided drinks, and live music by Robert! We cruised over to Isla Mujeres where we had about 90 minutes to explore/shop. Then we boarded the catamaran again and anchored off playa Norte where they offered swimming and a beautiful sunset. They served a lunch style meal - sandwich, veggies, nuts and of course more drinks!! Then the party got lively while we slowly traveled back to port. Boarded our van and returned to our resort. One of the most fun excursions we have ever done. We will book this again with Contoy when we return to Cancun.

The Best Isla Mujeres Tour!

The Isla Mujeres Sunset Cruise and Tour from Cancun is the best experience offered by Contoy Adventures. There was a lot of party music, snacks, pictures, and dancing onboard the catamaran. The whole crew ensured our safety and provided 100% enjoyment while cruising. We had free time to buy souvenirs, taste tequila, shop from the local market, visit the Immaculate Concepcion Church, and take pictures from the Islas Mujeres sign near the beach. The captain, saxophonist, bartender, server, photographer, guy named Willy Wonka, and the saxophonist provided excellent customer service! We Highly Recommend this tour!!!

Watching the sunset was really beautiful. Here are a few things you need to remember to have the best time there is a dock fee of 20.00 us dollars pre person remember to bring your cash with you to pay the dock fee also they take a lot of pictures bring your cash for that and we also stop in a little Mexican town locals will be selling stuff and we do a tequila tasting which was great so bring your cash for that. Now let's get to the staffing it was the best the crew on the boat was very good the music was good the sax player was good and he played the trumpet the host of the boat was Willie Wonka he seemed pretty mean in the beginning when he tells you about taking off your shoes for safety reasons but he was very nice and friendly he can dance is butt off 😀 all us on the boat just party together ❤️ it was so much fun. Coming back it was very cool at night please bring a warm jacket and it's better to wear jeans also he will allow you swim so wear your bathing suit. They gave you plenty to drink and shots remember to tip they do work hard to make it fun.

An amazing sunset cruise, the musician played a trumbone, trumpet and there was a DJ! Several birthdays on board so there was a serious party!! There is also time to swim and see the island.. beware the vendors will be all over you to purchase the same stuff you see all over Cancun.. you will get there a little late so some stuff will be closed but we had an 1 hour and 20 minutes .. this excursion was fun and very worth it

The servers were very friendly & attentive! You never had to ask twice for anything. We loved the saxophonist. He played a great variety of music. We didn’t enjoy the speedy tour to Isla Mueres . It was difficult to hear… guide went to fast & we were left to figure it out after 10 minutes.

Everything was great. Pick up from resort was on time. Only a few minutes the pier. The check in process was quick and easy. Boat was clean. Staff was help and engaging. Very entertaining. And of course the sunrise was spectacular.
