      Visiting these museums was amazing. Our tickets were easy to order, and the payment and cancelation policies clear and very fair. The meeting location was easy to find and we had no wait to get into the museums.

      With limited time in Florence, we knew skip the line tickets were the way to go. And we didn't want a full tour preferring to go at our own pace. We didn't have a single issue redeeming our tickets - you just need to read the clear instructions! The tickets are held by a tour operator and you go there first. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

      Don’t really need a guide. You can fo this on your own. Worth climbing the bell tower. Hard climb 336 steps but amazing views.

      My husband and I happened to have this event booked during Italy's rail strike. While finding alternate transportation was stressful, navigating our options/times and tickets with customer service was seamless and stress-free. We were able to join a later tour and experience everything we had originally planned. Thank you so much Viator for being so wonderful!

      the tickets are overpriced and the communication with the persons who exchanged the voucher into tickets was poor - they did not explain why we had to wait for almost half an hour for the tickets in the shop and were not very helpful

      The Uffizi museum was confusing, had poor signage, few bathrooms and was not enjoyable. The office to get the tickets was too far from the museums to go twice. It was a lot of walking back and forth to get our tickets

      We showed up ten minutes before 10am when we were supposed to have tickets to both the academia and the uffizi. We were told we could not get the tickets to the academia until 10:45 and we had to come back at 2:45 for the tickets to the uffizi. We had other things planned for the afternoon we then had to change. This was not what it said in the booking we made and we are very unhappy with having to pay so much money for this and then spend the entire day visiting your office not once but twice and splitting ip the museums. This is not what we feel we purchased and I would have rather just bought tickets through a different site. I’m very unhappy with the service and the experience. What was supposed to take a morning and save us time by skipping the lines ended up taking a whole day.

      Academia and Uffizi were both amazing, but the ticket redemption process was not. Started late, not enough time for Uffizi, tickets were not near Uffizi, so had to walk a long way to get there. Still had to wait in line.

      Great way to get all the skip-the-line tix to the sites we wanted to see. We added the tour component so that we would have help really understanding the the big concepts of what happened there and what things meant. Maria Cristiana was fantastic!!! She gave two parts of the tour herself. Over the top, exceeded expectations!

      Experience was totally not what we expected

      We were not able to skip the line. I thought we would be in a small group in which a guide would accompany us through the museum. The price we paid when we could not skip the line at the Uffizi was exorbitant

      Dear, we are really sorry you thought you were supposed to join a guided tour, even the product name clearly shows "tickets"; furthermore we want to point out that you had access to the "priority" entrance as promised in the product and if you had to wait longer , that was due to the museum system. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but it wasn't up to us.
