I was very happy with the services. The driver was excellent! Very supportive and helpful. The concentration camp experience was very strong, but important to appreciate our freedom better. Loved the mine experience! It was out of this world! I recommend both trips!

Hard to discribe visit but a must do. The tour guide was great. However the driver could be more engaging and actually tell something about the things we see on the drive. There is not much time for food so eat when you can when driving. The salt mine is great for kids. And offers a good balance in the day. The morning is a mentally heavy journey. The salt mine is up lifting. With beautiful sculptures.

So emotional. Can’t imagine how human beings can be so cruel to one another. Guide Natalia was so informative and the headset was great, could hear everything she was saying. She was quite emotional too. Can’t be easy doing that job everyday. So well organised. No headsets at Birkenau so had to be near her to hear what she was saying. Salt mine tour was awesome . Guide Margaret was so good. Only two downsides, people talking when she was , so rude, just wanted to say sush up or worse and the exit from the mine to the top via the left was a nightmare.

An all inclusive day trip

With only a weekend in Krakow we had to make the most of our time there. This day trip was excellent. The pick up and drop off at hotel was perfect. Lunch provided at a small additional cost was of good quality. The driver was friendly and accommodating. The English speaking guides at the camps and salt mines were informative and pleasant. We throughly enjoyed our trip a d would recommend Viator. There are other less expensive trips but when you add it up, this is value for money and stress free.

A sobering visit to Auschwitz

The local guide we had was Barbara and she was superb. The tour to Auschwitz was sobering and informative, especially with the raging war in Ukraine in the background. Barbara delivered all the information with compassion and respect.

Fantastic tour. Really informative. Easy communication and friendly driver. Would recommend. Driver contacted us beforehand to arrange a convenient pick-up location. We were given very good and accurate timings. The tour guides were brilliant and the driver was very clear about when to meet back up following breaks between tours and destinations. Only took about an hour to get to our first stop and then another hour to get to the salt mines and it was only 20 minutes from there to Krakow. It is a lot of walking so be prepared - I recommend comfy shoes.
