  • A maximum of 15 people per booking.
  • A minimum of 2 people per booking is required.
  • Two days before the tour we will send you exact pick up time from your location.
  • Since now, for all bookings made for 2020 for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museu.
  • Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 30 travelers

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Auschwitz was very personal, due to the trooping of other guided groups right next to us. The wall of suitcases I found very moving.

Excellent trip! Communication about pick up points was good and the driver was on time. We arrived at Auschwitz and our tour guide was very good and very informative. You are given headsets so you can hear your tour guide, although I will mention that you need to try and stay close to the tour guide or you lose signal, therefore missing information!

First part of tour very good provided ear plugs could hear guide clearly 2nd part of tour very disappointed could not hear guide out in open no ear plugs provided. The whole tour seemed a little rushed to my previous tour where more rooms were visited. It was like get in get out onto next bit people waiting behind you all time. Certain rooms were not visited which I had visited before. Overall a little bit of a let down especially for my friends who had not previously visited.

Absolutely fantastic service from the beginning to the end!!! Pick up from your door in a mini bus (3 other people with us), very professional and friendly drivers, friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. On arrival you meet others in your group, great coordination and I can't find a fault with the trip. I would definitely recommend the company if you're looking for professional service and great communication. Worth every penny!

The guide was excellent. I was glad we had decided on a shared tour. People were quite nice. The experience was somewhat overwhelming,,,but good to see to ensure it never happens again!
