    NO RESERVAR ESTA EXCURSION CON ESTA COMPAÑIA

    ¡ALGO SORPRENDENTE NOS DEJARON SIN EXCURSION!, En primer lugar iba todo bien, hasta que quedamos un grupo en el punto de recogida, a las 9 de la mañana era cuando nos tenían que recoger a nosotros y los demás, llegamos a las 8:30 iba todo bien hasta que eran las 9 y nadie había pasado a recogernos ni a nosotros ni a nadie de los que habían esperando, mas tarde llamamos a la compañía de Viator y únicamente saben hablar Polaco o Ingles, no saben Español, tampoco muestran interés en ayudarte, y lo mas fuerte es que si llamas a un supuesto numero que te atienden en Español nadie te lo coge, dicen que no están disponibles. Menos mal que una chica sabia ingles del grupo y pudo ayudarnos para cambiar la fecha de la excursión, ya que la compañía decía que nos habían avisado de que había cambiado el horario de recogida a las 8 de la mañana, cosa que es totalmente falsa, nadie nos había avisado de nada, ni a nosotros ni a los demás del grupo. Menos mal que pudimos ir al día siguiente, pero nosotros perdimos otra excursión que teníamos para ir a otro sitio ese mismo día. Así que no recomiendo para nada reservar con esta compañía la excursión.

    Le site vaut la peine d’être visité avec un guide. Le notre était très compétente, aimable et à l’écoute de nos question. Je le recommande.

    Unser Ausflug fand gar nicht statt. Wir standen am vereinbarten Abholpunkt und kein Bus kam. Als ich beim Veranstalter angerufen habe, wurde mir nur frech gesagt, dass heute doch kein Ausflug stattfindet und es wohl ein Fehler auf der Bestätigung sei. Es wurde noch herumgelogen, dass Ausschwitz geschlossen sei, was absolut nicht stimmte. Lieber über andere Veranstalter buchen!!
