Our driver will pick you up from your hotel, apartment or meeting between 07:10 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. (pick-up time will be confirmed one day before your tour around 12 P.M. The pick-up time depends on the time of entry to the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum, which is different every day, therefore the pick-up time for each day is agreed individually with each client) Please remember to take with you some document like ID card, passport, driving licence or credit card because tickets in Auschwitz-Birkenau camps are registered!!!!! If your hotel/apartments is not listed please add a remark and we will pick you up from any.

This tour be was poignant. Auschwitz was excellent as was Birkenau. The only downfall was at Birkenau where no headphones were available to listen to the guide which made it difficult to hear the commentary.

The driver was very polite and helpful and showed us a video on the way there from when the camp was liberated. The guide was excellent explaining what happened and where, and the physical evidence was heartbreaking.

Brilliant communication from driver. Arranged pick up time from hotel in advance. Comfortable car. Lunch offered for £9 from the driver to avoid expensive food at Auschwitz and avoid the queues. Lunch was really tasty and large ! Tour provided by the guides at Auschwitz.

Really well organised trip. Driver Daniel was lovely with pick up and drop off from hotel. On arrival we met our guide who was very knowledgeable and kept at a good pace. Communication sent the day before to confirm times. Nothing to say about Auschwitz other than I’m glad I went and learnt more about this event from history - it’s gives you perspective!

We had the most memorable time with an amazing tour guide and also Zibi who picked us up was so polite and friendly and spoke very good english. We got a packed lunch which was 35zloty and there was a lot in it for what we paid which was brill. Overall the experience was more than we could’ve asked for and I would highly recommend
