I'm happy that you enjoyed our flying experience.
Concerning the delay, as I already responded to another client previously. The weather situation we went trough on these particular days during this Carnaval peak period where quite hard for all, our team and also for customers as you. Since we were already running behind schedule, due to wind variations earlier that day, on one of the busiest days of the year, the only choice we had was to have you waiting untill the previous customer could be flown which usually would take about 45min but, due to the intence flow of tourists on the public site, was more like 1:15min. I would like to clarify that before leaving you at the launch site to go flying the previous client, the instructor clearly explained you the situation letting you know he would be coming back up ASAP, which he did and then took you on a great flight.
Come back on a regular day and you will have a completely different and even better flying experience.
