A minor glitch with pick up but then the tour went very smoothly - guide helped us skip the queues so that we could enjoy the amazing views at Sugarloaf Mountain and later Christ the Redeemer. Our biggest positive was the commitment to get us back to our ship right on time. So appreciated.

Gorgeous view of the beaches, mountains, and city all in one trip. The tour guide was patient and very knowledgeable!! The shops were nice and clean. I also felt very safe with the tour bus driver.

Company clearly listed activity as Crist the redeemer and then sugarloaf. Based on the lighting the is correct (Statue only has frontal sunlight in morning) This is a small issue but the way they tortured us is not. They did not have enough sales so they combined the Christ/Sugarloaf tour with a sugarloaf tour only. After picking up everyone we went to Sugarloaf first. I could deal with this but thats when it fell apart. 95 degrees and no pickup at sugarloaf for over 30 minutes, then they returned the sugarloaf only people 40 minutes back to copacabana area and dropped off each of the individuals to their respective hotels. Only then did we go to see Christ the Redeemer. getting there after noon. It took over 6 hours for what was supposed to be a 4 hour trip. FYI I had already signed up for a personal driver with them the next day (my credit card charge posted) They no showed the next day by their own mistake and offered to show up 3 hours late to start this.

The pick up was moved to an hour earlier the day prior then was over half an hour late when we got there an hour earlier. Then the next hour was picking up the rest of the van load. Then we stopped at some downtown locations that were ok, but then went to Christ first and by that time we were done and could see that the half day quick tour to just Sugarlaof and Christ was going to take a full day so we left after Christ and took taxi home. Private tour next time for sure.

Fantastic tour by Rodrigo who make the whole trip run effortlessly. We managed to best the crowds for the sights and he took fantastic pictures of everyone. Well worth the money and you can still be back at your hotel early afternoon (traffic allowing).

Good tour. We were picked up on time. Nice to be driven to two incredible sites in Rio. It would have been nice to get more information on the history of the areas. We were taken there then dropped off to investigate on our own, so more like a taxi ride than a tour.

Very upset about the entire experience. It was raining very hard when we got off the van ride at Christ redeemer. It was crowded and everyone was running around from other groups. We went under the shelter area as soon as we got off the bus and once we got under cover and turned around our group was nowhere to be found. We were scared and a little upset. We waited for 20-25 mins looking for our group. We couldn’t find them. We had to pay for an Uber back to our hotel and was only offered a reschedule as we were leaving the next day

Definitely worth time and money.
