Excellent airport transfer

First time in Brazil, landing at 1am - I am so glad I booked my airport transfer with these guys. I was travelling with family so really didn't want to be stuck navigating taxis or uber. Also, after reading reviews of other transfer services, I was a little anxious that the driver would not turn up. As it turns out, RTT were great! They were very responsive on the Viator chat. My driver was punctual and holding a sign as soon as I exited the luggage collection area. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name but he was polite, a safe driver, spoke excellent English and his car was very clean and quite new. I would not hesitate to recommend RTT.

Friendly ride

Great experience. It was so comforting to arrive in a new city and have a friendly face holding a sign with your name. We’ve never been to Rio or South America. This made our first experience outside the airport special. Not to mention how much we learned on the way to our hotel. Thank you!

FERNANDO WAS AMAZING & PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! He was our driver that came to pick us up from the hotel to go back to the airport. He was on time, communicated very well in English, he parked and helped us down with our bags, stayed with us to help translate, and saw us all the way to make sure we made it through the domestic flight gates. He helped us so much at the airport and truly appreciated it. Don’t hesitate to book with this fantastic company, we used them when we arrived as well.

Agostinho was waiting for me right at the exit with my name. He welcomed me with a big heart and high level of service. I was impressed by his sense of service and I had cool water prepared. I didn’t know about the services of his company but if I had the chance, as he is fully booked, I will want to book everyday his service while in Rio so much he is trustworthy. Can’t recommend him enough and thank him enough. He is so smart too and speaks so many languages!

Great transfer airport to hotel.

Driver was waiting for us with a readable sign and he was very helpful with all our luggage. He told us a lot about Brazil’s history and recommended different t places to go to. He even got out of the car to show us where the ATM was inside our hotel.

I thought it was the company ph number and I had to spend a lot of time to find someone who speaks English and explain what was happened ( sorry really had a hard time in San Paula airport ) but what a surprise the phone number belong to driver who supposes to meet us, He told us not to worry. He was waiting in the airport for more than 1,5 h . Sorry forgot his name , but thank a lot for great job you done
