Very bad experience and service . The tour was cancelled and they never advised us do we spent 50 euros on a taco to get there and then to be told it’s cancelled . Very disappointed and terrible service

Very sorry to hear your tour was cancelled but we cancel sometimes if the guide is sick and we refund. Sometimes we can't do anything, we proposed other dates. We inform always the clients. Sorry to hear you didn't get our message!
