I arrived at the shuttle area at 5:15 PM and was told I would have to wait 45 minutes for the next one. At around 6PM a shuttle shows up and we pick up additional people at the other terminals. There was supposed to be one other drop off near my hotel but at the last minute there was another family who needed to be dropped off, which added a significant amount of time as they were not staying near me. I didn't get to my hotel until after 8PM so the entire process took almost 3 hours. I would not recommend if you do not want to wait.

The first thing you should know is that this is a shared shuttle so there will be other drop offs. With that said, the company was excellent with communication on how to find them and they did drop us off and pick us up. Totally worth the price. Friendly staff. You also have to know you can not Uber out of the Cancun airport. This is really the best deal out there. The taxis charge an arm and a leg.

The day we were leaving they said they had to pick us up at our hotel at 9am even though our flight didn’t leave till 1:38 pm When I said no, that’s too early we are only 20 mins with traffic I was told he must pick us up at 9 am He said to talk to a guy at our hotel but I never saw that person in all 7 days, I sent them a message and no response We ended up getting a taxi and paying $25 even though we already paid this company for a round trip

Arriving at airport, we were not given good instructions. But they got us to the complex fast because we were the only passenger. The return trip to airport was horrible. Departure was 8:20 am. We called & asked to go later because our flight was at 3:40. We were told that we had to go at that time because they had other pickups. It turned out that there were no pickups & we got to the air port in an hour. Had to wait 6 hours!

There were over 30 people waiting for vans when we got there and no vans available. There were plenty of agents but after waiting 30 minutes we realized it could be another hour or more before we would get our transportation. When I told them we had decided to get a taxi, they nodded and agreed that was best. They were obviously way overbooked for the available vans, were rather rude in their responses to people waiting and all seemed very disorganized.

Long wait to get to hotel no return ride

After arriving to the airport late due to flight being delayed. I had to sit with a big group and waited for over an hour and a half for a ride to airport confirmed a 4:30pm pick up for my return flight. When I got to the front of my hotel at 4:15 they told me I missed my pick up that it was scheduled for 2:10pm. Please tell me who goes to the airport at 2PM and their flight doesn’t leave until 6:35PM. Tried to reach out to someone I got no response had to pay $30 to get a taxi to the airport.

I was told that I would be pick-up at 03:00 am and instead the pick up time was 12:25 am! I was given wrong information about the pick-up time by the booking company. I was taken to the airport and arrived at 1:35 am! Nothing was open I was one of three people in the airport at that time. Nothing opens till 3:30 am

Purchased round trip transport from CUN to a resort where I was catching a boat to Isla Mujares. Needed to change my pick up location for return trip but was unable to reach them to do so. My resort started trying the day before at multiple phone numbers they had listed on their paperwork . I also tried several times. No answer, or numbers just didn't work. Tried emailing also to no avail. Ended up having to take another service after I had already paid for this one.
