I was on the 7 hour tour yesterday with my partner and another couple. We all agreed that it was the highlight of our vacation! The crew was amazing and provided the highest level of care. They took us to all of the best spots and provided very helpful recommendations. Snorkeling was a very great addition to our day as we were able to see many different types of fish. The entire crew really took care of us and made it an unforgettable experience. Miguel, Albert, and Pablo- thank you for everything!

Private Catamaran Trip

Victor and Captain Willy were amazing! I highly recommend this excursion! It was so nice to not be crammed on a boat with 50 other people! We were able to be in charge of the day and how long we spent swimming in one of the most beautiful beaches! The drinks were good and never stopped coming!

Perfect tour for an afternoon!

We had a great time on our catamaran cruise. We had to reschedule due to weather, but were able to go out the day after we had originally booked. Because of this, there were only 3 of us on our boat. Willy and Fernando were absolutely wonderful! We went to two snorkeling spots and then cruised around a bit. Fernando went snorkeling with us to show us different fish and point out creatures hiding in the reef. 4 hours was a perfect amount of time for what we wanted and having the boat to just ourselves made everything so much more peaceful and enjoyable. We would absolutely do this again in a heartbeat!!

We had the BEST time on our private catamaran tour this past Friday. Not only did the crew go above and beyond for us, they made us feel BEYOND safe! I traveled to Mexico with 5 other females for a bachelorette trip, so we were a bit nervous traveling off the resort. This crew, along with our private shuttle made us feel super safe. Couldn’t recommend more.

The tour operator put us on the smallest CAT in the marina with very high seas. We paid $1k for a private tour to Isla and were disappointed in the tiny catamaran vs price we paid. Felt taken advantage of. We were sea sick and couldn't enjoy ourselves due to the combo of tiny cat and high seas. Couldn't drink barely could eat. Gas smell from engine didn't help. I would recommend you ask and re-ask tour operator the size of the catamaran you're paying full price for.

We had an awesome time on the sailing trip. The captain and crew made our experience so fun. They were great with instructions on the boat, swimming, and snorkeling. They let us play our own music and kept pouring drinks. The conditions were great too!

I went on a private catamaran tour with my bridesmaids for my bachelorette party. It was seriously the highlight of the trip. The person in charge of the boat (Fernando) was literally SO kind and made everyone feel so comfortable. One of our members was feeling a little sea sick and he consistently checked on her and made sure she was okay. The whole trip was completely customizable too which was fun because you could tailor it to what you wanted to do instead of a tour that was already plan. HIGHLY recommend this tour!! It was an amazing experience.

Cancelled by operator 60 minutes before pick up

The operator (Cancun sailing) cancelled my booking 60 minutes before they were due to pick myself and 5 friends up from our hotel. They advised that the port authorities had cancelled operations for that afternoon and when I responded to ask for a refund, they became unresponsive. They have not responded to me up till now and I paid extra for transfers and food via an invoice they issued a day before the tour was due to take place. That’s over $1000 total despite the fact they had informed me that should the tour be cancelled because of instructions received from the port authorities, a full refund would be issued. Quick to request payment after issuing an invoice but quiet when it comes to refunding. Extremely poor behaviour. On top of that I still had an afternoon to fill with activity so ended up getting taxis to Puerto Juarez and getting the ultimar ferry to Isla Mujeres instead. We saw other boats on the water so I’m not entirely sure if or why the port authority would suspend Cancun Sailing’s operations but allow others to still be out on the water. Unreliable and would not recommend

Since our tour was private we were able to adjust what we did to suit our needs. They recommended a great restaurant on the isle. I would sail with them again any day!!
