Very good experience and changed dates 24 hours before the trip and they were very helpful and accommodating . The only thing I would have liked was to have more time at the Cenote and Chichenitza to explore more.

Please, don’t even consider purchase the service here!!!
Tony_Y, Dec 2023
Don’t use this service!!! This company is very good at pass the bucks! I wrote this review after I came back from Cancún so I can promise this is what happened! 1: Fake advertising. This is not a hotel pick up and drop off service, i booked an airbnb in Cancun and I got notified one day before leaving date that they don’t offer pick up at my airbnb location, I have to all to the closest meeting point to catch the bus to the park, which is make me so disappointed. 2: I booked the combo tour product, the first day is fine even though we need to walk to the meeting point, I mean, this is terrible bc they said it is hotel pick, but anyway we took it, we understand them. However, the second day, we are going to another place, and we arrived there before 6:55, but the tour guy is not there, I asked the staff there, they said the bus to my destination is not arrive yet, so we need to wait. Until around 7:10AM, another staff came here and told us the bus is leaving already. ? This is freaking ridiculous, I arrived there before 6:55 and didn’t catch the bus. I contacted customer service to get a refund, thankfully my friend took a video on site, I use it as the evidence but guess what? They didn’t take it as evidence bc the time stamp on the video is 7AM, dude, why we wanna take a video as the first reaction after arrive the meeting point? The first reaction of any normal people is finding the tour guy and bus, and this is exactly the reason why we realized need to take a video, it was 7AM instead of 6:55, they don’t take it as the evidence and don’t refund me, this is really pissed me off. 3: the customer service is horrible, I called 3 time for the refund, every times they just said they need to report this to the top/higher manager, and I only get the response that they cannot refund me bc the operator said we are no show, but I provided evidence, what else I need to do to make this stupid company trust me instead of operator on site? Anyway, this trip is so disappointed me and I will never use this company’s service ever again. For those friends who still even consider to buy the ticket in this company, DON’T DO IT!!!! DO JOT BUY ANY SERVICE IN THIS COMPANY!!!!

Xplor was excellent! Xel-ha was not.
Justin_L, Jul 2023
I wish I could review these two experiences separately, as they would each receive a different rating. Xplor (5 / 5 stars) This place was one of the highlights of our trip. It is an excellent park with lots of very interesting things to do. There were different zip lines we could go on, Amphibious vehicles we could drive, and underground rivers and caverns we could both explore and swim through. It reminded me of what a lot of the U.S. theme parks try to look like (by making them out of plaster and styrofoam), but this was the real deal! A very cool experience that I would recommend. Plus, the food was very good. I very much enjoyed Xplor, it was great! Xel-Ha (2 / 5) The one thing I will upfront say about Xel-Ha is that it is designed to take your money. The whole place is so much about making money that it's almost insulting. Your entry fee is simply that: an entry fee. To do ANY of the things in the park that are actually worth doing, you have to book them, and pay hundreds of dollars more to be able to do them. All of the "free" experiences are pretty meager and not particularly exciting. Mostly just swimming and jumping in the water. There's some bikes you can ride, and a few small rope courses you can do over the water. There's also a very tall water slide, but neither of us enjoyed it as it just spun you in circles and then unexpectedly threw you under the water. We did the swim with dolphins tour, and even though we paid for pictures from the park, the pictures with dolphins were not included in that package. It was another $150 to get those. Secondly, so many things that we did with the dolphins were designed for a photo op, not a fun interaction. The experience was pretty cool, and we enjoyed it, but it was evident it was all set up to sell you the pictures package. The Snuba experience was pretty cool, but limited and short and left me wanting. That said, it was probably my favorite part of the whole day just because I'd never done it before. It's a bit light on things to see though. Mostly just the outer edge of a cave (you don't go in very far at all) and a few fish. Lastly, the all-you-can-drink bars are a bit of a joke and are meant to get you to give tips to the very "generous" servers, who are more than happy to throw in an extra shot or two. However, I've never had more watered down drinks in my life. I mix my own drinks both for myself and guests at my home, so I'm well versed in how much alcohol affects a person. If I poured anywhere near the volume of rum they put into my drink at Xel-Ha into a drink at home, I'd be well on my way to getting drunk. But after 3 - 4 mixed drinks, plus a beer, and a shot of tequila at Xel-Ha, and not even the slightest buzz... the alcohol in the bottles at the bar are mostly water. Xel-Ha frustrated me because it felt like it was all about getting more money from me, instead of offering a good time. By the time we were done, I was looking forward to leaving.
Good well organized tour with slight inconveniences
Hector_S, Jul 2023
The tour was good but felt rushed, more time at Chichén Itzá would have been appreciated. At the restaurant they spill a drink on top of my partner. The English of the tour guides was a little rusty. The breakfast needs work, it was basically spam on a roll with a corn muffin and a school juice box.
Great family fun
Edward_H, Aug 2022
My wife and I went to XCARET and XPLOR, we had a great time zip lining, riding vehicles, Exploring the underground case walking and swimming in the water very refreshing
Horrible experience in XPlor.
Nora_A, Aug 2022
My family and I bought a package to Xcaret and Xplor. Xcaret is always the greatest experience. But today in Xplor apparently in fine print somewhere on your website and Xplor it states a person with diabetes cannot ride any of the attractions. Something that was not clearly explained to me. I checked in but we wasted a whole day without enjoying ourselves and fighting with my family members. We could not go back to our hotel as my transportation was the bus ride. I was not about to pay a taxi out of our pocket when I had already paid for this trip. It is not s cheap package. I demand our money back for all of the inconvenience. I picked Xplor as it is an attraction we have never done. It was horrible. I cried most of the day due to my disappointment and undue stress it caused my family and I. They also missed out bevause they didn’t want to leave me behind. Names are Nora Angel, Dinora Angel and Liseth Plaza.
Sisters’ Aquatic Adventures

We had a fabulous time at Chichen Itza and Xcaret Park. The adventures at Xcaret were our favorite. The Sea Trek adventure is a must do. We also enjoyed the Rivers Tours and visiting the exotic animals. The buffet lunch was plentiful and delicious. We were happy that there was an option for a 4:30 p.m. return. 9:30 p.m. would have been much too long.

The dolphins were fantastic and the food was great! Would definitely recommend this trip to any visitors.
Fun! Fun! Fun!!
Lisa_K, Apr 2022
These places were amazing. So much fun! Great family time. One day was all about moving and getting a great workout for the day. And the second day was complete relaxation. We had the best of both worlds by doing Xplor and Xel-ha.
Not worth the money
Amanda_O, Jan 2022
The park wasn't what I expected. Dolphin riding and keeping them in tiny enclosures is not what I was expecting to see. It rained most of the day and after they closed half of they attractions. The second day, we were told two different times and missed our day trip to xtreme.
Must visit place!
Yeji_C, Dec 2021
Xcaret experience was awesome. You should definetely try out dinner option for the night show. Seatrek and para sailing were very exciting and we enjoyed a lot. Must go place when you visit Cancun.

Trip is always fun, all day swim and ac tivities BUT not all inclusive.. there is ALOT to do but is NOW extra..

Dwaraka_V, Apr 2018
The pickup takes so long and will be dropped after 01:30 to 2:00 hours of park opening, so we have to cover it quickly and no time to relax as they show in photos. Otherwise both the parks were good Xcaret and Xplor.

Yanli_X, Jan 2018
I highly doubt the experience of this tour. We picked the Xcaret and Xplor combo. After we arrive on time at the bus stop, we found out that our name is not on their list so that we missed the bus. After endless phone call confirmation, our name is still not on the list. Thanks to one friendly Mexican staff reminded us that our name might be TBA TBA since thats the only name left on the list, and TBA might stand for 'to be announced. Therefore we scheduled the next bus to Xcaret at noon, which already wasted the whole morning. Extremely excruciating since we missed more than half attractions. If you selected this tour, please be aware that your name might be TBA TBA.
Well organized event. We took...
Steve H, Aug 2017
Well organized event. We took Chichen Itza/Xplor trip. The female guide on the bus keep us entertained the whole trip to Chichen Itza, and very knowledgable about the Mayan culture. Very good. The male guide for our Chichen Itza tour explain the site and history ok, but was a little bit boring like a professor lecturing the history lesson in the classroom... He was not too bad, just not too entertaining. Still, i will give a 5 stars for this trip. For Xplor trip, If you like nature plus adventure, this IS the place you should not miss!!. The trip gives more than enough time to enjoy all the activities 2 lines of ziplines, swimming in the stalactite-filled river, rafts, circuits with amphibious vehicles, as well as the lunch buffet DELICIOUS!!! The underground cave filled with stunning rock formations that takes thousands of years to reach this points. the river flow through and we are swimming and rafting in between. That was an amazing feeling!! Also, the way the ziplines are designed, you don't have to figure out what is next when you finish one, it automatically lead you to the next one, and it ends at the starting points. What a genius design!! The buffet restaurant open from 11a to 5p, and you can go in as many time as you want, and eat as many as you like. Locker, shower, restaurant....all provided with your convenience. You get soak and wet during the whole activities, and at the end of the day, you get to clean up and change to a comfortable dry clothes. That is the best feeling. I highly recommend this part for all the adventurists!
Amazing tour! I did this tour with...
Jennifer A, Aug 2017
Amazing tour! I did this tour with my boyfriend this Monday and it was perfect. We had a group of 9. It wasn't too big nor too small, perfect size. Pick up time for this tour is pretty early but its well worth the early am wakeup call. Our tour guide, Oscar was very informative and gave us really cool facts about the Tulum Ruins. After about an hour of keeping up with the tour guide, they gave us about an hour to roam around ourselves. It was pretty crowded and very hot so we took some pics by the beach. Some people actually went down in the beach, but we didn't because we didn't want to get wet after. Thankfully, we were given some umbrellas to help shade us from the hot sun. After the Tulum tour concluded, we were able to have a tequila tasting small shots, not normal ones. SUPER GOOD! bring cash for tip and also to shop around in the Mexican outlet, it had very good prices. After, the cenote was the best part of the trip! Bring water shoes since we didn't and got our expensive shoes ruined. Super cold but worth it. The lunch was ok but for the price, it wasn't bad.The beach that they took us to is actually top 10 on the best Cancun beaches so defiantly go in! This was a great tour and I would have done another tour with them if we had the time. Perfect for families and couples alike. They provided us with iced cold waters, snacks bananas and cookies, and a cold towel after the ruins!
