Great snorkeling trip. Only 6 were on our boat so we got a lot of personal attention, especially one of us who isn’t a strong swimmer. Photos that were taken were great too. Highly recommend this excursion.

Never went on trip YOU CANCELED due to weather then we reschedule and YOU email at 8pm The night before that it's earlier, I was already aleeping!!! So now it's canceled again cause u can't text me a new pick up time m I was looking forward to this ONE thing for this trip. Neve again will I book thru u guys, worst communication. We never had those problem before with excursions

Oh my gosh this was the best snorkeling experience I have ever been on!!! I’m sure a lot of it was luck but we saw 6 sea turtles! The underwater museum installation was very cool. Our guide Pili was incredible and our pictures turned out amazing. Thank you so much!!

Amazing experience! Bring Socks!

We went as a group of four adults. We were picked up just outside our hotel, and it took around 1 hour to drive to get to the marina. The snorkeling took about 2 hours, and another hour to return, so about 4 hours total time. The water is absolutely gorgeous - so clear! We ended up seeing 2 different turtles, a lot of coral, and a ton of really cool fish. The shipwreck was our group's favorite. Bring sunscreen, a swimsuit, a change of clothes, towels, and SOCKS! Wearing socks under our flippers would probably have saved us from some blisters. We would have really liked to bring an underwater camera if we'd had one, but each group has a few photographers who will take pictures for you. The pictures were $80 USD / $1600 MEX for our whole group (but this is optional). We had a really fantastic time, and would recommend the experience to anyone who enjoys the ocean. Absolutely worth the cost.

A true highlight of our time in Cancun

What an awesome experience we had. Our guide was great. The process of checking in and getting equipped was very slow but once on the boat it was great. They took us to a few different locations and we saw a number of turtles and other wildlife. Someone on our group was a poor swimmer, someone else got seasick and others managed to get separated from the group. Sounds like a disaster but the guides were very patient and took care of everyone without affecting the experience.

Robert was wonderful. We got over our fears quickly. We saw turtles, stingrays and lots of fish. The shipwreck is fantastic and the cenote was a wonder to behold. I will recommend to all this is a must do event.
