Pickup details

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Marina Puerto Cancun (mall) Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is not pickups to hotels and Airbnb´s, the only meeting point is Hotel Aloft Tulum The pickup time is set according to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

  • Minimum height for most activities 1.20M; Minimum height for Monster Truck 1.60M
  • You need a Driver License to drive a Monster Truck (Otherwise it will not be allowed)
  • Mandatory use of vest and helmet at the time of activities
  • Wear swimsuit, water shoes and insect repellent; Bring a change of extra clothes and towel.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 50 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Jet boat was awesome. I wish the monster trucks had more than just two seaters but overall good time, however I didn’t think it was worth the price. The zipline is more of a rollercoaster and good luck doing the obstacle course in the blazing heat.

Amazing park, but late arrival meant we couldn’t do it all

The Xavage park itself is absolutely fabulous, can’t recommend it enough. It’s clean, the staff are super polite and everything felt very safe and well organised. The only downside was that the tour company changed our pick up from 8am to 9.30, we got stuck in traffic and didn’t arrive until 11am. Despite being told there would be plenty of time to do everything, and indeed more than once, we didn’t even get time to do everything once and we didn’t even stop for lunch or a rest. Such a shame as it was brilliant there.
