Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Marina puerto cancun Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas(contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at the Hotel Aloft Tulum The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service If you are traveling with an infant, you need to notify the supplier, if not, the infant won't have access to the transportation

Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price *Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price *All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat. You need to have ID to confirm the age of the child.
  • If the traveler wants to bring an infant of 4 or less they have to informed the provider, otherwise the infant won't have access to the transportation
  • Infants and kids are required to show ID
  • We will send your boarding pass 2 days before your tour, you can ask for help to print with yor concierge hotel
  • The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green viator purchase receipt.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 40 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The food was amazing! The park is beautiful and well maintained. Liked the ability to walk around and do multiple excursions. Very helpful and welcoming staff! By far one of the best parts of my trip.

Xel ha park is not *all inclusive*. Yes, food and non-alcoholic drinks are free, however, the majority of the advertised activities cost extra. If you love just swimming in deep water, then this is for you. However, I was severely underwhelmed by the lack of activities. As far as the tour operator itself: they are good. They communicate with you openly, and are very good at directions regarding logistics so that way everyone can understand

Absolutely amazing day: pick up was prompt and communication good. Keep in mind, this will be a long day- pick up is at 7am, and you leave the park by 6, so it was almost 8 by the time we returned to the hotel. For this trip, you absolutely need water shoes. Also, get one of the waterproof phone cases— there is so much to do and see. There are places for Xelfies throughout the park, but those are things I wish I’d brought. I’m glad I brought a phone charger, too. Remember to print the voucher the company sends. You’ll love Xel-ha. It is so cool— like a salt-water playground

Such a fun experience for our family. Kids range from 8-12 years old and all 3 had a blast from the time the gates opened until Xel-Ha closed.

Second time to Xel-Ha and was not disappointed. It is a natural water park amongst mangroves and zip lines, food and manatees. Worth the money and the time to get there. You’ll need a full day to experience it. I would not recommend combining it with another tour. What I would recommend is WATER SHOEs and a long sleeve sun shirt. Trust me if it’s summer in Mexico the sun is relentless. Overall it is a place special unto itself with no compare in the United States. Try it you’ll maybe be back too for a second time like me. But now you know what I didn’t at the time. WATER Shoes and sun shirts!
