We had a wonderful day exploring Interlaken. The Alps are amazingly beautiful. Our guides were wonderful and did well keeping us all together and showing us wonderful places for lunch and souvenirs. Be sure to have lunch across from the park. The view is breathtaking! It's a long day with a bus and a couple of trains each way to/from the boat, but definitely worth it!

Wow, just Wow!!

Wow! What a fantastic trip. It was actually a bus that took us to Swiss border rather than highbspeed train as was advertised but it made nó difference. We had a small stop before we crossed border where we had 1st train ride for 25 min . We then got on the Green Train. Wow! As a tip i would recommend sitting on seats on the right hand side on direction train is going. You will see more. Amazing views. Got into Speiz where we got on the cruise on Lake Thun. It was amazing. Unreal. We were approx on it for 1hr 20 mins before arriving into Interlaken where we had approx 1hr 20 mins to look around. It was lovely. Shame we couldn't have stayed longer though. Then completed the return journey and got back to Milan around 8pm. The guide I think was called Alherando (i know i have spelt that wrong) and driver Richardo. They were both fantastic and very helpful and informative. I would absolutely recommend this trip and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Only thing that would make it better would be more time in Speiz and Interlaken but obviously that's not possibly without an overnight stay. Another thing we were asked by Swiss border police on train for passports so don't forget them.

Perhaps this trip is better in summer. Most of the day is spent on a bus or a train and the scenery is average. The town visit of Interlaken is boring and there is nothing to do there. So the trip was a waste of time and money for me. The guide also only spoke Italian and no English. I wanted to do something special for Christmas and was highly disappointed.

Trip was scenic and enjoyable. Advertised as 13 hors and it was ALL OF THAT - On a train, another train, a boat, another train, another train and a bus. Weather was good for travel. Guide was attentive. Need to tell customers there is a lot of walking, especially from the 2nd train to the boat - It was strenuous on those in our 10 people party over 75 years old. The bus trip was harrowing as the driver talked on his mobile while drive at 100 KPH. Was upset about what his dispatcher had him doing. Personally heard the conversation from the seventh row behind the driver.

Pésimo servicio el guía Alessndra (o como sea el escrito del mismo) dio indicaciones en 1punto a una hora mostrada donde es internacional la interpretación haciéndonos perder a 3del grupo la expericincias por completa. 142 euros por una experiencia y una falta de empatia solo se puede comentar por decepción total
