We will cook the light version of the parmigiana with baked aubergines and three types of cheese; we will discover the secrets of the real Italian bruschetta

I loved learning how to cook a few Italian dishes from scratch! The chef was very knowledgeable and patient and she had a great sense of humor. I highly reccomend this class if you are looking for something fun to do in Milan!

Great experience overall! We had a great time preparing fresh gnocchi, tagliatelle, and tiramisu, and eating them of course. 3 sauces for gnocchi and tagliatelle were already prepared by the chef. The lesson is for basic knowledge, nothing advanced/professional. Recipes and secrets were shared after the lesson. Coffee, tea, snacks, and wine were served!

We had a great time. The class was small enough to learn and be intimate but big enough to meet others visiting and be interactive. Chef and her assistant were amazing and informative and the lesson was fun and the food was great. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed Chef Ilaria’s style. She is high-energy but relaxed, and fostered a warm an open classroom environment. Class was very hands on, so I feel like I learned and experienced the principles. The food we made was delicious, and I enjoyed chatting with my new friends- this is a bit unlike me, I am very much an introvert, but there was something very relaxed and natural about cooking and eating together.

We had the BEST time today in the cooking class! Chef Ilara was so knowledgeable and fun! Her assistant Natia worked really hard and was so helpful too. We made the most delicious Italian meal and met some really great people in our group too! We also got to take the recipes home to make in the future. If I could give this experience 10 starts, I would. It was definitely a highlight of our trip! My kids who are in their early twenties loved it too! Fun family experience. Thank you for a truly fun experience!

I was expecting more. And I would have paid more to have a more regional cooking experience. I was hoping to learn more about the sauces and regional cooking like risotto. The food was good though and I liked learning how to make tiramisu. I wish we could have had more information about what the menu involved, I would have decided on a different experience. Also, some in the group were there as a work group and did not do a good job of keeping their hands clean.

Sorry but is absolutely and totally clear which kind of class is this one, there are a lot of infos and details in the description, maybe you didin't read them? Maybe you didn't think that the price you've paid is low becaus is NOT A PRIVATE CLASS? You should have known that you paid for an OPEN CLASS and not a PRIVATE ONE. We hold private classes where you can decide directly with me what to cook and learn and you are alone without anyone around you so all my attention is on you. I'm very sorry if the other guests didn't washed enough their hands on your opinion, I always ask constantly to all my guest to wash their hand but, as you can understand, I can't follow them to the restroom to check it . keep travelling and cooking italian and be careful next time: read all the infos! The best thing I learned the pasta, but the chef didn’t show us how to make the filling and the sauce. Also the chef was busy with something else in the beginning of the class for about 45 minutes unfortunately.

Thank you for coming Badiya, first of all. You've told me that you also own a business in you country so I'm sure you know that sometimes you may have done issues: I've told you the truth, I wasn't busy with something else but I had to call urgently a fixing man for the oven of my other lad, which was liking badly a lot of water. All the other guests they have been so comprehensive and collaborative. At the time of eating the dessert you asked me to let your husband come in to eat the tiramisù with you.... and of course I allowed him, because the most important thing for me is hosting in the best way I can all my guests. Btw I gave you all the recipes printed with all the instructions so I'm sure you can replicate easily a potato filling with boiled and mashed potatoes. Take care and keep cooking Italian.
