Cooking and Pizza Lesson (Pizza Skills)

I had the pleasure to get a very professional lesson from a very professional teacher (Vittorio). With much fun he explained all the details and tricks. At home it worked out with the first try. For sure I will book another lesson at this cooking academy. This is totally different and a far better than lessons in at private places in Milano (which I tried out, too). The location is beautiful and there is a nice restaurant/bar in the same buildings (very old, from 17th Century). Have a drink before. When you book a lesson in Milano, I strongly recommend to book one with this address: Via Privata Cuccagna, 2, 20135 Milano MI. Best regards to Vittorio and Marie-Angela. Great job!

A wonderfull experience

We were 4 adults and 4 kids (from 4 to 9 yo), and we had the best experience ever with Vittorio. I booked from France 1 week before coming to Milan. As soon as I made the reservation, he contacted me through WhtasApp and asked me about our favorite pizza flavors, and the way we like it cooked. We discovered some italian products (among them, some cheese we never had before). He managed to prepare all the vegetables we like (including zucchini flowers) and of course italian cold cuts and anchovies. We baked thin and crispy pizzas as we love them. It was the best pizzas we ever had. Moreover we had a great moment of lough and the kids were so happy to make their own pizza and a real italian Tiramisu (with coffee for adults, and chocolate for kids). Vittorio even thought about my wife's birthday with a very good proseco. If you book with Vittorio, you will for sure spend a real good time and eat a lot af very good Italian products. Thank you again for everything Vittorio.

Vittorio is a great guide. He connected to all of our family, including children and teens. He is very professional and taught us with patient. For us it was like revealing Pizza again. All our pizzas were very tasty.
