Gabriel was an absolutely fantastic guide. He was kind and thoughtful and so knowledgeable! The tour was packed with history. It was interesting and emotional to be standing on the beach where so many young men lost their lives. It’s overwhelming. But Normandy is beautiful. The French Countryside is fantastic.

Normandy Tour
MichaelM, Apr 2024
Seeing Omaha Beach and the cliffs and the bunkers up close was very special. The American Cemetery was humbling and I am so grateful to these brave men who sacrificed their lives for our freedom.
Not informative
Roberto_B, Apr 2024
Not informative at all regarding events during D day and WW2. Tour guide very friendly but not informative
Incredible Normandy day tour
Steven_K, Apr 2024
Antoine was incredibly informative and knowledgeable yet made the entire day fun and engaging while still honoring the courage and sacrifice of all involved. Highly recommend this tour.
Great itinerary, poor guide.
Jill_S, Apr 2024
We were disappointed in our guide. His English was poor and he was very difficult to understand (and I speak conversational French!). He seemed to have no passion for the sites we were visiting, so at one point we latched onto the end of another tour, which was a much better experience. And while I understand that he didn’t want to disturb people who might have wanted to sleep on the long ride, it would have been nice if he had described our locations or some history as we were on the road. We were also surprised that on a tour with a total van time of 6 hours, there was no bottled water available. The itinerary of the tour itself was great—lots to see and do and LEARN. But we felt we could have learned more with a more knowledgeable guide.
A very solemn experience...

A very solemn experience in a sacred location. The small group tour was key. Our guide Felipe made all the difference in the world. He was so knowledgeable, patient and a wonderful personality
Emotional and moving experience
Nancy_G, Apr 2024
The tour itself was very moving. The four of us on this tour were quite impressed. Our tour guide was knowledgeable but was not as personable as other guides we have had in the past. Overall the experience was definitely worth it. However from Paris in a small mini van it was an extremely long day.
D Day 80th

Antoine was wonderful. Fantastic day trip. The most moving and memorable experience. Standing where history happened opens one’s eyes to the absolute horror of war and how people came together to support democracy and freedom.
Great Experience
Stephanie_C, Apr 2024
This was a great experience. Loved the small group setting, our guide Antoine was great and the cider tasting topped off a great day!!
Awesome Normandy Tour
Patricia_B, Apr 2024
Great tour guide. Very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Kept tour going in a timely manner. It was a long tour, and there was a lot of walking; but it was worth it.
Heart touching!

Outstanding tour!
Laura_L, Apr 2024
Julien was the perfect guide for this trip! He shared an awesome amount of historical information during our tour. His reverence for D-Day was appreciated by our group. The tour included great spots that really gave a sense of the magnitude of D-Day.
Great experience!

Excellent experience anyone interested in US/WW2 history. Our guide, Clementine was very knowledgeable and engaging. Long ride to get there but worthwhile. Highly recommend.

James_M, Apr 2024
The tour guide did a good job telling the story of the invasion and showed some examples of how the landscape was back 80 years ago.
Great trip to Normandy
David_N, Apr 2024
Many including the small towns near the landings. All stops were excellent. Omaha beach was very emotional as was the rangers and the cemetery.
Just a ride to Normandy. Little to no guide content provided by driver.
Dean_R, Apr 2024
We found the experience to be bitterly disappointing. We expected a day full of interesting and informative information about D-Day. What we received was little more than a van ride. The driver made no attempt during the drive to engage with us. I believe our experience at the American cemetery best sums up our experience. We arrived a little over an hour before the cemetery closed. The driver's guidance was merely that we had an hour of free time. When we entered the museum an attentive security guard pointed out that the flag retirement ceremony was taking place and perhaps we would like to see that. We hurried to the ceremony only catching the last few minutes. When we returned to the van the driver told us he tries to get the tour to the cemetery for this ceremony but he did not tell us about the ceremony prior to arriving at the cemetery. As this will probably be our only opportunity to visit this historic site we feel that the experience provided was very poor. The driver indicated that this was his first solo attempt giving this tour. He exhibited little interest or knowledge of the events that transpired on this important day in world history.
Aaron, our guide, made history come alive.
diane_k, Apr 2024
The museum, the cemetery and the guide. Although our parents were alive in the 40’s, our knowledge was limited.
History needs to be remembered!
Shanna_S, Apr 2024
Normandy is an experience I will never forget. It's important for us to remember. Our guide was super and an excellent driver, good natured as well. My only wish would be to spend more time at each place. However, it is already a very long day as it was an excursion from Paris. 13 hours plus. In order to spend more time you would need to do an overnight which is not a bad idea at all. There's so much to take in. Although our guide was great he did not give us what I thought would be a given, bits of the story as we were on our way to the next thing. If he was asked he'd always answer and did know everything we asked. I would've liked to have him informing us of information as we went as part of the experience. Maybe some do.
Total satisfaction.
Uthai_T, Apr 2024
Memorable experience. Our driver Simon is awesome. He is caring & very understanding of our needs. I have bad knees & he took time & not rushing going from one place to another destinations. He played good music in the van. We are lucky that our group of 8 get along with each others.
Normandy a day we will never forget.
John_D, Apr 2024
Our tour guide Gabriel was a great guide with a lot of extra information. We were not rushed and he had a wealth of information. We would highly recommend him and he went out of his way to make sure all 8 of us had a great day. John Diggan
