        Sadly, despite having bought this in advance we still had to queue for actual tickets which rather defeated the object. Maybe some agreement with the provider would change this?

        Priority if you print the voucher and you are above 60 years old or cripled or with a guide. Otherwise you wait a long time in the sun.

        To get the tickets you have to queue twice. First they print the voucher, then you go to another both to change it to a ticket. Lost half an hour because of this.

        Great experience. One thing to note that if printout of the booking is not brought to the location, then you need to go to the administrator office and get the printout

        The views are very nice of the city but there are lots of people. We went at a good time and the line wasn't bad. Keep your ticket.

        I saw the advertisement of viator in another excursion minutes before, so I make the buy of the tickets entering to the Sugarloaf! That was a little stress but I did and in the place the people print the tickets so that was great. We saved a lot of money in the tickets buying in this web

        Viator should have advised that the voucher needs to be printed out. The entry process was very hectic.

        Nowhere on the ticket does it say the voucher needs to be printed. Not a great system because tourists are least likely to have access to a printer. Also did not know there were other ticket options. I am a university student and could have gotten a half priced ticket but that is not listed anywhere on this listing.

        The organization was perfect. The spectacular views, facilities and fauna. We saw monkeys and exotic birds. The bar terrace where you can rest viewing the view.

        I don’t understand why Viator just doesn’t give us our ticket in the app or email or tell us to print the itinerary voucher before hand so we don’t have to go find a printer! Took us longer to get our tickets than it should. But other than Viator making it more of a hassle everything else was great!

        Easy process: Go in the online ticket line, they’ll direct you to get your voucher printed (if you haven’t already), then take the voucher to the ticket counter and they’ll print your tickets. Saved a lot of time in line by having these in advance, but recommend going earlier in the day also.

        Extraordinary views. Buying the ticket with victor was handy but you still must go to collect the actual ticket at the ticket office. You do join a online ticket que on arrival which is shorter than those that did not pre book.
