We travel with a folding power wheelchair and were concerned that the vehicle provided would not accommodate us. Our driver met us, escorted us to his waiting vehicle that was clean, roomy and air conditioned. He took us directly to our hotel. Everything was just as promised.

The most memorable experience was the wait and not getting what I ordered and paid for, a van! After arrival, we were met by a not so nice lady representative of your company that led us outside the airport where we waited. What arrived to take all four of us with 8 suite cases to the hotel was a small SUV. After waiting over an hour, we finall got two small SUVs to take each couple with suitcases to the hotel. The lady kept making different excuses about the van. The lady never apologized or tried to make us feel welcomed in to your counrty. I would not recommend your company to anyone! I would also suggest you get more expierenced personnel to meet and greet people who use your service! I know I will not use your service again until we all get restitution! We had a good driver who brought us to the hotel safely. He does not speak English and we do not speak Portuguese but we used our phones to communicate with each orher.

We do NOT recommend. We had a confirmed booking for 4 in Van/SUV. We were STUFFED into a small cab , luggage on the roof and in our laps. Then delivered to the wrong hotel way out of the way from correct hotel! Total disaster!

Not worth the $170 dollar's

Was meet after departing customs, however the vehicle we had was not a Mercedes Minivan rather a older Chevy small SUV. The driver was nice, but spoke very little English. I also was under the impression when booking this reservation it was round trip to and from airport. Not pleased and would not recommend this transfer.

Horrible! Our ride never showed up. I had to engage with another tour company. Upon arrival I called and emailed Minivan Airport travel. No response. The company I ended up using contacted Minivan Airport Travel who had ignored my communication and transferred my pickup. We ended up waiting for two cars and it was frustrating. Definitely not a reliable company.
