We saw parts of San Fran we I’ve never seen before and would normally not visit, so it was worthwhile, even though we’ve been to the city several times. Randy is a lovely, funny chap! It was a small group and we were all asking all sorts of questions and he was ever so willing in imparting his knowledge of the city to us, both current and historical. Covered all the landmarks in San Fran - perfect if you are running on a tight schedule!

We had a great time on our tour, Kirill was a great guide, loads of knowledge of the city and surrounding areas, we were lucky to spend the time seeing everything we did as it was a last minute booking to go on the tour, I would recommend to go with him again to anyone, he had all the great photo spots in check for us, the tour flowed well and lots to learn, I was last in San Francisco 23 years ago and did notice lots of changes in the city, thank you very much Kirill for your time 👌👌👌 Viator should ensure that people going on tour are sober, we had a lady that was intoxicated (non legal substance) on the tour and made my wife and I very uncomfortable on the day, we spoke to the guide over our concern, he did make arrangements to remove the person in question very politely from the tour.

Our tour guide was great. He really knew how to get all of us on the small group tour to feel comfortable and included. His knowledge of the area and it's history were great. The tour hit all of the highlights of San Fransisco. We had enough bathroom breaks and photo opportunities. It was so helpful to be driven all around so we could plan our own daily trips around the city. Our guide also gave us tips on how to get around the city. Where we should go, and NOT go. It made our time in SF very well spent.

Vehicle broke down twice. Driver was nice enough, but we didn't get but 10% into the tour and got stranded. After being told to just wait another time, we had to get an Uber. Lost our only afternoon in the City. Do not recommend!
