We waited at the pick up location for 45 minutes after the original 1030 time. Then we left hopped on city bus, rode around for about 30 minutes then saw the hop on hop off bus in our passing. The city bus passed it and we got on it at the original location. The driver spoke Spanish only so we didn't understand a thing. We only saw hotels and the beach. This was a complete waste of money. The 1.00 city bus does the exact same route. Don't waste time or money.

We are sorry that your experience was not as expected, sometimes the bus can be late due to local traffic but we do try hard to run on schedule. As is stated in the activity information, the audio is in Spanish, we are currently working on the English version. It is a double-decker bus, you have audio, music, and panoramic views riding on the open upper floor, which you do not get with the city bus, and can hop on and off visiting beaches, shopping malls, and other activities such as the Mayan Museum, Cancun´s observation wheel, Playa Delfines lookout, Puerto Cancun Marina Town Center, Aquaworld and many more.

Got on the bus and it was just us, the driver didn’t say anything on the intercom about what we where passing or anything, we got off on a stop and he said he would be back at 2:30pm where where at the stop at 2pm and waited till 3:15pm he never came back. So we had to take a taxi to get back to the hotel. If I could give no stars I would.

The concept needs to be developed e.g. timing, easy signs for on/off stop, language possibilities ett. etc.
Good driver well assimilated in the trafic. 60% of the tour was just tourist landmarks and not much local stories.

Thank you so much for your comment, we are currently working on offering the tour in other languages. As for the stops, the local government does not allow the use of signs to identify them, sorry about that.

The bus was over half an hour late. The driver/guide narrated only in Spanish (not what was advertised), even if we did understand Spanish he narrated extremely little. It was unclear what stops the bus actually stopped at and stops were not made at each location in both directions. The stops were of varying and ill-defined length.

Great driver and great info. IF you have very short time in the city and you want to view the right spots this is the option to make. The only low was it started 30min late than expected.

This bus shows up every 2 hours and charges $10 US while city buses stop at the same route every 2 minutes for $0.60 US.
Total rip-off do not book.

Dear passenger, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The buses are passing every two hours because we are working under Covid-19 protocols established by our local government, our main concern is our passengers and we must respect these measures. The difference between our service and the city buses is that Turibus buses are open-top double-decker buses with huge windows with panoramic views, designed for sightseeing tours and they are not as crowded as the city buses. Also, the stops are conveniently located near popular shopping malls or beaches.
We will try to go back to our original schedule as soon as the situation permits.
