The lost city of Machu Picchu is the most famous tourist attraction in Peru, if not all of South America. The UNESCO World Heritage–listed collection of temples, terraced hills, and plazas was once the mountaintop citadel of the ancient Inca empire. Although Machu Picchu is now world-famous, questions remain about the mysteries behind its construction, function, and eventual demise.

Great trip, well organized
Luis was a fantastic guide, trip was well coordinated, Fredy was very responsive, drivers were friendly and accommodating. Tour around the outskirts of Cusco and Ollantaytambo were great and Machu Picchu was magical. Hotel in aguas calientes very basic but clean, Wi-Fi wasn’t working but typically they have it. Highly recommend.

Fantastic tour. Good guide and well planned logistic arrangements made this trip memorable
We had timely pickup on first day. Maras - Moray and Salt Mines tour is good. Cars and trains were coordinated so no waiting. Guides were great. Very professional guides and very well organized. Didn't like the hotel so much at Aguas Calientes. But the trip to Inca citadel of Machu Picchu was amazing. We were lucky to have good weather condition to get some great pictures as memories.

Once in a lifetime
The tour is more of a service that gets everything together for you. They arrange all of the transports and then a guide at Machu Picchu but from place to place there is a bit of figuring things out. Overall it was worth it. Also there is a bunch of walking so be ready!!
